PROTECTIVE COVER FOR WIND TRACKERLD

INTRODUCTION

The Protective Cover provides moisture and dust protection

for the Wind Tracker display. The clear window permits

easy viewing of display information while the sealed buttons

allow operation of brightness and reset controls.

INSTALLATION

The Protective Cover may be installed on any flat surface. It

is supplied as two components; a Front Cover and a Back

Plate. Installation is as follows:

1. Select a location for the Display and Protective Cover

that permits good viewing.

2. Using the back plate as a template, mark locations for 8

screws and the clearance hole for wiring connections.

3. In mounting surface, drill 8 mounting holes. (1/8" drill).

Drill clearance hole in mounting surface for wires.

4. Pass sensor cable and power supply cable through

back plate. Attach sensor wires to display terminals.

Insert power supply plug into jack on back of display.

5. Attach display to back plate using 2 ea no 8 screws

provided.

6. Align front cover and back plate with holes in mounting

surface. Fasten using 8 self tapping screws provided.

MAINTENANCE

Dirt or dust accumulation may be cleaned using soap and

water and a soft cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners. DO

NOT USE SOLVENTS.
